I need to start by saying I am still a fan, I liked the book, and it's getting even more interesting. I love you Meg and I am still addicted to the EPICOSITY of your imagination and story telling skills. I'm starting to get annoyed with the Thomas/Amanda situation. It seemed to be winking out right before my eyes and its making me nervous! The end brought the real Thomas back though, so it gives me hope for book 7. I kinda mirrored spring23's reactions throughout the book... very eloquently stated!  In short I wanted to simply express my opinion (which is compared to a certain part of human anatomy in a very appropriate saying that fits here) and let you know that my "slap a bitch" reflex is starting to Morph into a "slap a dick" reflex if Thomas doesn't put on his big-girl panties and get the hell on with it!!!! Lol. Seriously, though... it is unfolding beautifully and keeping me intrigued at the same time. I am looking forward to the next one! P.S. Steph is a raunchy psycho bee-otch that needs to be put down... that is all.  |

Well said seanna! Does anyone have any thoughts on who the man in the passageway is??? Obviously knows who Amanda is. I agree about Steph. But I also hope that she has a lot of *ahem* men on her side to stick up for her. And then if her damn cell phone wouldn't have rang what could have happened. That's why you shut them off..lol

I think that man in the passageway is part of The Accord, probably Mercury because of the way he was dressed. Yea, the higher ups in the FBI dress nicely, in suits and whatnot, but not in the way the mob does. Especially mob BOSSES, they tend to stick out like a sore thumb with the way the dress.

My girls and I would have to agree, the man in the passageway has to be the mob boss. To well dressed and knew who Amanda was. I also got to be right about Jerod being myst guy!  Enjoyed book 6 but Thomas needed to just take Amanda in the shower. |

I thought mob boss also and TOTALLY agree about the shower...but since Thomas is FBI why can't he just sneak into her condo? Geez they live next to each other. I think the anticipation for those two is reaching a breaking point for all of us.

Agreed on all points - when I read they were in the shower together, I was thinking "YES, Finally!!!" and then Max came in & I wanted to reach into my Kindle & slap him. |
